Returns & Refunds

We want your WorkerTiger order to be straightforward from purchase through to after-sales support. This policy explains how cancellation, returns and refunds are handled for UK orders.

Return window

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Before sending a return

Please contact support@workertiger.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm the correct return address and the next steps in writing.

Our registered office is not a returns address. Products sent there may not be accepted or processed.

Return condition

Items should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. Where possible, please include the original packaging and any accessories supplied with the item.

Items that are personalised, made to a customer's specification, or otherwise excluded from cancellation rights by applicable law may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described.

Order cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If processing or dispatch has already begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the returns process may apply instead.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@workertiger.com with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Return shipping

The return method, address and any applicable return-shipping costs will be confirmed when we review your request. Where consumer law requires us to bear a cost, we will do so.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process refunds as promptly as possible and within any time limit required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund after it has been processed.
